本公司为全体员工提供强制性反现代奴隶制专项培训，确保合规要求深度融入业务决策；内部定期开展合规审计，设立保密举报渠道，及时发现并处置合规风险，切实保护举报人合法权益。

Statement on the UK Modern Slavery Act

Our company firmly supports the core purpose and compliance requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and strictly adheres to relevant laws and regulations in all regions of our global operations as well as the core conventions of the ILO.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of modern slavery, forced labor, or child labor, actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests, occupational health, and safety of our employees, and implement comprehensive compliance controls throughout our supply chain.

We are an innovative enterprise specializing in high-precision scientific instrument customization services. Our core business encompasses the custom design, research and development, production, and after-sales service of high-precision scientific instruments, serving top-tier global research institutions and laboratories. Leveraging our supply chain network across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, we achieve diversified procurement of core components, semi-finished product processing, and global logistics distribution, while implementing full-process compliance controls over all levels of suppliers.

Our policy strictly prohibits any form of modern slavery, forced labor, child labor, and debt bondage, and forbids establishing any cooperative relationship with organizations involved in illegal labor practices or human trafficking.

This policy applies to all employees, suppliers, and partners and is incorporated as a mandatory clause in all cooperation contracts. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and coercion-free working environment for all employees and partners. Through continuous internal training, rigorous supplier due diligence, and transparent supply chain management, we translate this commitment into concrete actions and institutional safeguards, ensuring our values are integrated into every aspect of our business.

We regularly conduct compliance risk assessments for our suppliers, implementing on-site factory audits and specialized risk checks for high-risk suppliers. For non-compliant suppliers, we adopt a tiered approach of measures including suspension of cooperation, rectification within a deadline, and ultimately termination of cooperation, to dynamically respond to changes in the compliance environment and potential risks.

We provide mandatory specialized anti-modern slavery training for all employees to ensure compliance requirements are deeply integrated into business decisions. Internal compliance audits are conducted regularly, and confidential reporting channels are established to promptly identify and address compliance risks, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of whistleblowers.

We will continue to fulfill the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, regularly review and improve our compliance policies and statements, strengthen supply chain compliance management, expand the coverage and depth of training, proactively accept supervision from stakeholders, and continuously build a commercial ecosystem that aligns with ethical principles and sustainable development requirements.
